Responsibilities:

 
  • Accounts Payable Entry

  • Accounts Receivable (Collections)

  • Client Invoicing

  • Client/Customer Communication

  • Phone call management and distribution

  • Client Reviews

  • Issuing/Tracking Client Retainers

  • Activation/Deactivation of work orders

  • Contract Activation/Filing

  • Data entry (LMN, QB, 90.io, etc)

  • Contact list maintenance

  • Scanning/Filing (digital/physical)

  • File Management

  • Report Creation and Distribution

  • Office Supply Management

  • HR and Employee Communication Assistance

  • Other duties as assigned

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to Multitask

  • Work in a fast-paced environment

  • Landscape/Horticulture Industry Experience

  • Google Workspace Suite proficiency

  • QuickBooks and Data Entry skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Process driven

  • Team player

  • Excellent written/oral communication

  • High school diploma or greater

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven Administrative Assistant or Office Admin experience

  • Payroll Management

  • Associate degree or greater

  • Bilingual – Speak/Read/Write
