Founded by Philip Revien and Michael Fischer in 2014, 626 provides maintenance expertise on all medical imaging equipment manufacturers and modalities. Philip and Michael first met in the maternity ward of a South Florida hospital on June 26, 2012, the day each of their sons were born. The vision for 626 (a tribute to their sons’ birth dates) was also born that day.
The pair began talking and soon realized they shared a common goal— improving patient care. Two years later, 626 was established. What began as two men in a garage, 626 now employs more than 300 employees nationwide and has emerged as one of the fastest-growing third-party company in the healthcare technology management market.
What You’ll Do:
Assist in day-to-day operations/resource management/field service
Manage the customer experience and overall customer retention.
Work directly with GM, inventory manager, and procurement team for directing sourcing strategies and new parts development. Own and manage new parts development.
Work directly with GM in processing/approval of completed jobs
Work directly with GM with new hire/interview process and to analyze training needs for existing staff and new hires

Requirements:*
3-5 Years of experience directly managing people
Manage workflow between departments
Forward thinking ability
Effective communication skills
Military Experience desirable
Strong technical and mechanical aptitude
Ability to run shop/warehouse/office with the absence of GM
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Manage and Track Key Performance Indicators
Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, and Word
Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects amid changing priorities in a fast-paced environment and produce outstanding results
College degree or equivalent relevant experience required
