The Must Haves
- Current, unencumbered, active substance abuse or mental health licensure to practice as a Counselor in the state where treatment services are rendered, at hire and for the entire duration of employment
- Master’s Degree of Mental Health, Social Sciences or commensurate experience required
- SUDP required; LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT preferred. License-eligible individuals are encouraged to inquire about opportunities for those working towards licensure
- Current and nationally accredited CPR/First Aid/AED certification
- Knowledge of computer and EMR systems
- Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age
- Enthusiasm, passion for working with people, and internal drive to improve the lives of individuals in our care
- We love new grads! However, two (2) years of experience as a Counselor with one (1) year of outpatient experience would really dazzle us!!
- Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as professional reference checks
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, feel, reach, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, and hear
- $36.00 to $48.00 per hour
- Premium starting pay for PRN status
