Shipping Supervisor (Full time)
Job description :
- Plan and supervise fulfilment of customer orders including online and offline orders
- Manage online order acceptance and fulfilment of orders from e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Walmart etc.
- Manage and organize inventory within the warehouse
- Ensure a clean and organized work area
- Ensure appropriate billing to the customers and e-commerce platforms
- Manage inventory on all e-commerce platforms and ensure timely dispatches
- Coordinate with production and sales team as necessary to ensure smooth functioning
Skills :
- Proficient in usage of computers, printers, scanners, barcode scanners and all related equipment
- Proficient in oral and written communication in English. Working knowledge of Spanish will be an added advantage
- Ability to use forklift and related warehouse equipment
- Proficient in managing backend of all the ecommerce platforms like Amazon, Walmart
- Knowledge of using billing / accounting software
