We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Inventory Manager for our Food & Beverage facilities. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-paced organization and play a crucial role in the management of our global inventory plans.

As the Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining optimal inventory levels, ensuring food safety regulations are adhered to, and driving continuous improvement in our inventory processes.

Responsibilities :

1. Oversee the day-to-day activities of the inventory department, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

2. Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory analysis to maintain inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.

3. Develop and implement global inventory plans to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.

4. Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety regulations, including HACCP, SQF, BRC, FSMA, and GFSI.

5. Handle inventory adjustments and write-offs, ensuring all actions are properly documented and justified.

6. Use ERP and TMS systems to manage and track inventory, and to generate reports for senior management.

7. Create dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), and use this data to drive improvements in our inventory processes.

8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure inventory needs are met, and to resolve any issues that may arise.

9. Develop and implement training programs for inventory staff, to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest inventory management techniques and regulations.

10. Stay abreast of industry trends and developments, and implement any changes that could benefit our inventory processes.

Qualifications :

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in the food & beverage industry.

2. Proven experience with logistics, inventory analysis, cycle counts, compliance, food safety, HACCP, SQF, BRC, FSMA, GFSI, inventory adjustments and write-offs, KPI analysis, and inventory accuracy.

3. Experience creating dashboards and developing global inventory plans.

4. Proficiency with ERP and TMS systems.

5. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and use it to drive improvements.

6. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

7. A strong understanding of food safety regulations and compliance requirements.

8. A degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.

9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and to adapt to changing priorities.

10. Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
