**Overview:** We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general ledger accounting, corporate accounting, and financial statement preparation. Knowledge of LIHTC, payroll, accounts payable, and technical accounting is highly desirable. **Duties:** - Manage all aspects of the company's financial transactions - Prepare and analyze financial statements - Conduct cash flow analysis and forecasting - Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes - Perform general ledger accounting and reconciliations - Assist with payroll processing - Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations - Support audits by providing necessary documentation **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - CPA certification preferred - Proven experience in corporate accounting roles - Strong understanding of debits, credits, and financial reporting - Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Prior experience as an accounting clerk is a plus This position offers competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.
