We're seeking a Client Relations Administrator to join a dynamic team in our Mutual Fund Regulatory Shareholder Mail business unit. In this role, you will support our Relationship Administrators and Project Administrators by assisting with the onboarding of new clients, processing print requests, and reviewing print documents for quality control, working heavily in Excel. This is a temporary, contract position expected to last approximately 6 months, possibly to be extended, and has the potential to go permanent. We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remotely. Responsibilities: Work with internal teams to obtain material quantities Submit Host/Post, DDS (Digital Document Solutions), and other print requests Run AI Tool and upload material matrix to ICSOL Assist with updating informational databases APD/CPD (Account Profile Database/Client Profile Database) Request logo creation for print inquiries Running reports and analyzing data within Excel Requirements: 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred Bachelors degree preferred but not required Proficient with Microsoft Excel, specifically with VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, etc. Experienced with Microsoft Outlook and composing professional, client-facing email communications Highly attentive to detail, able to multi-task and follow through Available to come into the Long Island office 2 days a week Pay range is $20.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on relevant experience, skills, and education. #LI-SP1 #LI-Hybrid Broadridge associates helped us envision our Connected Workplace - a work model that allows associates around the globe, dependent upon their role responsibilities, to take advantage of the benefits of both on-site and off-site work to support our clients, one another, and the communities where we live and work.
