Bobcat Plus, Wisconsin's Largest Bobcat Dealer is seeking a full time Accounting Assistant to join our team at our Butler location. The individual in this role will be focused on activities related to the dealership’s equipment purchases, records setup, payments, billing, and receivables, as well as support for commissions.

Responsibilities

Receive and process equipment invoicing and credits

Support the equipment financing process

Assign stock numbers, and set up and maintain equipment folders to track costs and revenue

Generate customer invoicing

Accumulate and submit commissions calculations

Support general accounting within the dealership

Answer phones, and other duties as assigned.

Qualified candidates must be highly organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities. Must have a background in Accounting with an Associates Degree or higher and a minimum 5 years experience in bookkeeping. Experience working with Microsoft Word and Excel are a must. Ability to be self-directed, manage multiple tasks and prioritize work as well as being detail oriented and accurate are required. Must be able to seek out information and research inquiries independently utilizing all resources available. Exercise professional and effective verbal and written communications skills.

This position reports to our Corporate Controller as well as the owner.
