Inside Sales Representative About Senasys Senasys, an engineering leader in helping OEMs using small to large volume of devices solve switch problems related to temperature, pressure / vacuum, airflow, and other issues related to the industrial, agricultural, medical, HVAC & food equipment, and other industries since 1999, is looking for a Inside Sales Representative drive new sales opportunities and expand our customer base across various industries.

Key Responsibilities : You must be a proactive and results-driven individual with a keen understanding of B2B sales dynamics and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

You must have the ability to : Identify and pursue new business opportunities with both small business and Fortune 500 customers through market research and lead generation techniques.

Drive new business growth by sourcing sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.

Provide comprehensive marketing materials to existing and potential customers, highlighting product offerings and applications.

Generate sales revenue by developing strategies to capitalize on existing and new services within our portfolio. Foster collaborative selling by maintaining regular communication with all relevant departments, including outside sales, operations, and customer service.

Work closely with product line managers to execute sales plans effectively and achieve target revenue goals. As assigned or directed by immediate supervisors, perform additional clerical duties to ensure seamless coordination across functions.

Our Ideal Candidate : Possesses successful sales acumen with a proven track record in inside sales and cold calling. Is proficient in office administrative tasks, ensuring efficient and organized workflow.

Has manufacturing or mechanical knowledge to effectively understand and communicate product specifications and applications throughout the sales process.

Is experienced in utilizing market research and lead generation techniques to identify and pursue new business prospects, ranging from small enterprises to Fortune 500 companies.

Provides marketing support to equip existing and potential customers with comprehensive marketing materials outlining our product offerings and applications, facilitating informed decision-making.

Generates revenue by developing and implementing strategies to generate new business and new revenue streams from assigned customer segments, leveraging both existing and new services available within our portfolio.

Fosters team selling by cultivating a collaborative team approach to selling services to resellers and maintaining regular communication with all relevant departments, including outside sales, operations, and customer service.

Liaises with product line managers to execute sales plans effectively, contributing to the achievement of target revenue goals.

Ensures seamless coordination and support across all functions by performing additional clerical duties as assigned or directed by immediate supervisors.

Additional Skills & Qualifications : A high school diploma or GED is required. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of prior B2B sales experience.

Ability to problem-solve and think independently, adapting strategies to meet evolving business needs. Excellent oral and written communication skills, essential for effective client engagement and collaboration.

Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines with precision. Detail-oriented approach, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks performed.
