Responsibilities
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Provide guidance and support to sales staff in closing deals and achieving customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and inventory teams to optimize product offerings and promotions.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge among team members.
