Client seeks an experienced Installer for a one-year contract in E Wenatchee, WA, with potential for extension. Onsite daily from 7am to 4pm PST, you'll join the infrastructure team, focusing on installs and cabinet securing.

Responsibilities:

• Independently perform hardware additions/removals and wiring operations.
• Lead verification and continuity testing.
• Analyze job specs, prepare Method of Procedure (MOP), and write Job Information Memorandums (JIMs).
• Conduct quality inspections.
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in telecom network cabling and infrastructure, -48V DC power cabling, Telcordia GR1275 standards, and OSHA safety standards.
• Competence with PCs and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ethical business practices adherence.

Requirements:

• High School degree; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years' experience with network elements installation and testing.
• Level 4 installer/tester designation preferred
• Familiarity with data center and mobile switching office environments.
• Proficiency in Telcordia installation standards.
• DC experience.

Skills and Abilities:

• Technical knowledge of network hardware, protocols, and Internet standards.
• Competence with data cabling certification testing tools (e.g., Fluke, OWL).
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Team player with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
