We are currently hiring a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team! As an HRBP, you will be a senior professional on the People Team, working closely with our Director, HR, Chief People Officer and other business leaders to align the People Strategy with Rho’s goals. You’ll also provide strategic and operational HR support to assigned business units in the area of talent management, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and organizational development.

This position is remote / hybrid in Raleigh/Durham, NC.
