Job Description:

The Staff Accountant position entails numerous financial tasks within the accounting department. There are a variety of job duties that vary from day to day. This position requires a very detail-oriented person who is task focused.

Responsibilities:

· Accounts Payable & Receivable.

· Fixed asset management.

· General ledger account analysis.

· Bank and other account daily and monthly reconciliations.

· Managing Accruals and Prepaids

· Obtaining and uploading tower contracts to internal database.

· Various financial responsibilities across the company

· Assist in Payroll Functions

· Reporting as required by Supervisor.

Qualifications:

A high school diploma is required. College courses in business, accounting or related field are preferred. Can be substituted for 5 years demonstrated experience in an accounting related position with increased responsibilities.

Skills:

· Experience with QuickBooks highly valued.

· Displays proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

· Must demonstrate personal accountability in prioritization.

· Must be very detail oriented and organized.

· Must demonstrate the ability to maintain a cooperative working relationship.

· Must be professional in attire and actions when representing 360 Broadband and the 360 brand.

Physical Requirement:

Must be able to sit for long periods of time.

Pay: $19.00 - $28.00 per hour
