Job Description: As the Installation and Repair Technician Manager at 360 Broadband, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless installation and maintenance of broadband services in Leonard, Texas, and surrounding areas. You will lead a team of technicians to deliver exceptional customer service and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership: Manage and oversee a team of installation and repair technicians, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high performance and productivity.
2. Installation Management: Coordinate broadband installations for residential and commercial customers, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
3. Repair Operations: Supervise repair operations, including troubleshooting internet connectivity issues, diagnosing equipment malfunctions, and implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
4. Customer Service: Maintain a customer-centric approach by addressing customer inquiries, resolving service-related issues promptly, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
5. Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure installations and repairs meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
6. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels of equipment and supplies, coordinating with procurement to ensure adequate stock availability for installation and repair activities.
7. Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols during installations and repair activities, promoting a culture of safety within the team.
8. Performance Monitoring: Track key performance metrics, such as installation turnaround time, repair completion rates, and customer feedback, to identify areas for improvement and optimize operational efficiency.
9. Technical Support: Provide technical support and expertise to technicians as needed, assisting with complex installations, or troubleshooting challenges.
10. Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service, network operations, and sales, to streamline processes, address customer needs, and drive business growth.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in telecommunications, broadband installation, or related field.
· Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
· Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
· Proficiency in using tools and equipment for installations and repairs.
· Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
