As we look to expand our business and brand, we are seeking an Outside Sales Representative with exceptional character and integrity to join our team.

Job Description:

We are looking for a driven and self-motivated Outside Sales Representative who thrives in a high-performance environment. The ideal candidate will have the tenacity to generate their own leads and build a robust sales funnel. As a key member of our team, you will be the face of Elevated Roofing, reflecting our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales quotas.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and follow up on leads to create a strong sales pipeline
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Conduct roof inspections and provide accurate estimates
  • Present and sell our roofing services to both residential and commercial customers
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
  • Participate in training programs to continuously improve your sales skills and product knowledge

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in outside sales or a related role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Aptitude for building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred

Compensation:

  • 100% commission based pay
  • 10% commission off the top of residential roofing jobs
  • Commission for commercial roofing jobs is TBD based on job size
