Payment Operations Associate

Location: Draper,UT

Duration: 7 Months

Pay Rate: $15-$20/hr on W2.

Professional Experience/Background to be successful in this role:

Has proven ability to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
Possesses excellent organizational and time management skills – must possess ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks simultaneously
Has the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with others (team members, cross-functional teams, customers, vendors, and bank partners)
Passionate about research and investigation of payment exceptions; tenacious in uncovering the root cause of any issue
Able to work flexible work hours, including early mornings and late evenings
Has a working knowledge of Excel to edit, manage, and create spreadsheets
1 years of processing check payments or banking experience preferred

Job Type: Contract

Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
