The Operator will be responsible to operate production equipment to meet quality/production targets and must show a commitment to environmental, health and safety and continuous improvement.

• Must follow safety instructions and safety guidelines.
• Responsible for operating equipment used in preparation, mixing, cooking, processing, finishing, and packaging products. Equipment includes but not limited to mixers, fillers, can openers, kettles, grinders.
• Following all operating instructions effectively and efficiently.
• Ability to read labels, formulas, and instructions.
• Ability to measure and weigh accurately.
• Ability to read, write, and perform fundamental mathematics
• Ability to lift and handle containers up to 60lbs.

Job Requirements:

• 1 year working in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to climb stairs wearing steel-toed footwear.
• Ability to work in hot and cold environments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks for extended periods of time including: standing, walking, climbing, bending, pushing, pulling and twisting over surfaces
• Must be able to work overtime or Saturdays if needed.
• Must pass a background check

*Bilingual Spanish/English a plus, but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
