We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles and practices. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the financial operations of the company.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Generate customer invoices and statements

· Monitor outstanding balances

· Process vendor invoices and purchase orders

· Work with customers and vendors to ensure payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner.

· Assist the accounting department with backlog and coverage for employee leave.

Qualifications:

· Strong attention to detail

· Ability to adapt, stay organized, and prioritize

· Self-motivated and independent with the ability to communicate workload with management.

· Demonstrate professional written communication.

· Strong computer and analytical skills required.

· Advanced working knowledge of Excel (i.e., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, nested formulas, Solver add-in utilities)

Accounting experience and college degree required.
