Upham’s Home Health Care Services, a division of Upham’s Corner Health Committee, Inc. is currently seeking passionate and caring Full and Part-Time Physical Therapists to provide physical rehabilitation therapy services to our patients. The selected applicants will enjoy the flexible work schedule and work/life balance we offer as well as take advantage of the full orientation and ongoing mentoring that this role provides. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to Boston residents in their homes.
- Provide patient, family, and staff education.
- Order adaptive equipment and teach use.
- Participate in Multi-Disciplinary Teams.
- Complete the required documentation related to treatment as needed.
- Assess patient functional status and provide treatment
Qualifications
Experience & Qualifications:
- Valid Physical Therapy license in MA
- Driver’s license and reliable means of transportation to conduct home visits.
- New grad Physical Therapists are welcome to apply!
