Postnet is looking for a Store Associate with intermediate Graphic Design experience. Our ideal candidate will be someone who has prior experience in retail and project-based environments. Candidate must be ready to perform in a fast-paced environment while practicing outstanding problem solving, organization, and communication skills to be successful.

Responsibilities:

• Will assist in providing digital and print Graphic Services for both big and small business, including: flyers, banners, business cards and more.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries.
• Take ownership of the customer's shipping problem and offer viable solutions.
• Familiarity with shipping/copy center services (faxing, spiral binding, etc.) and office equipment (copy machines, etc.) is a plus, but will train.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Office. Additional knowledge is a plus, but not required
• Windows 7 and 10 familiarity
• Must be adept at preparing files for submission to commercial printers; pre-press and resource inquires.
• Must be a fast learner, team-oriented and highly communicative

Day to Day Tasks:

• Sorting mail and receiving package drop offs
• Assisting walk-ins with printing, scanning, shipping, etc.
• Receiving design jobs and seeing them through to delivery
• Project production including cutting, binding, folding, etc.
• Staying organized and maintaining job timelines with minimal oversight

• Vehicle is required
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Chinese is a plus but not required
• There will be two interviews (Screening and Skills Test)
