POSITION OVERVIEW

The Senior Analyst will support a wide range of Treasury functions for the insurance business. The successful Senior Analyst must manage responsibilities in a fast-paced environment for multiple legal entities while supporting initiatives to enhance the existing functions to meet the rapidly changing needs of the business.

• Ensure accuracy of cash data across 2,000 bank accounts
• Ensure cash data is complete and accurate for Financial reporting
• Participate in documentation and evidence of key SOX controls
• Act as a support contact for internal and external auditors
• Maintain documented procedures for the team’s core functions
• Participate in company-wide initiatives/projects to improve processes and infrastructure including workflow automation, liquidity reporting, and variance analysis
• Prepare and present materials to Management

QUALIFICATIONS

• Undergraduate degree required with a minimum of 3 years work experience in a Treasury or Operations Role
• Knowledge of treasury systems (i.e. Kyriba or other banking platforms) is preferred
• High Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Visio
• Proactively addresses issues that may impact outcome of initiatives
• Prior experience supporting and providing documentation for financial controls in compliance with SOX a strong plus
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple responsibilities
• Ability to identify, communicate, and resolve key issues
• Positive attitude even when faced with difficult obstacles, issues or challenges
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commercial mind set with an entrepreneurial spirit
