What's your day like?

As a Customer Service Representative at Steele Rubber Products, you will engage with our valued customers. Your typical day will involve answering an average of 20-30 calls, handling sales inquiries, and processing orders promptly and efficiently. Offering expert advice on parts selection, upselling for complete installations, and providing technical assistance will be key aspects of your role. You will have the opportunity to use various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat to ensure seamless interactions. With access to comprehensive resources including our detailed product catalog, onsite technical support, and a team of research and development specialists, you will be empowered to deliver exceptional service and support to our customers.

What matters most

To excel as a Customer Service Representative at Steele Rubber Products, you will need a minimum of two years of customer service or sales experience to navigate the demands of this role effectively. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to ensure clear and concise interactions with customers. Proficiency in Microsoft software is a must, as you will be using various tools to streamline communication and process orders efficiently.

Additionally, the ability to calculate figures, amounts, discounts, and percentages accurately is crucial for providing pricing information and completing transactions.
