job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the overnight hours. This is a crucial role that requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Perform nightly audits to verify the accuracy of guest accounts and transactions
- Balance and reconcile all revenue and settlement accounts
- Prepare daily reports summarizing hotel operations
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes as needed
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests throughout their stay

Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, particularly in languages commonly spoken by hotel guests
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices
- Familiarity with phone systems and hotel management software
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
- Proficiency in front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures
- Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and ability to handle high call volumes
