- Provides assistance in preparing legal documents. Performs routine legal research and compiles data from such references as digests, encyclopedias, practice manuals or other sources.
- Prepares drafts of contracts involving leases, licenses, purchases, sales, insurance, employment, and related matters.
- Maintains file system for annual meetings and drafts documents for such meetings, including notices, proxies, affidavits of mailing, agendas, ballots, shareholders' and directors' minutes and related memoranda.
- Performs legal support assignments that are varied and more complex in character but usually involving relatively limited responsibilities.
- Normal qualifications include an education minimum of two years formal legal training or equivalent.
