Qualifications and Detail about the Position
Broad Function
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for supporting the delivery of the Company’s comprehensive compensation, benefits, organizational development, and training programs. The Human Resources Generalist will assist supported areas to increase overall knowledge, ensure outstanding support to our customers and overall continued growth and improvement of the organization.
Essential Functions
o Provide guidance to leadership, manager and employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and practices
o Handle a spectrum of Employee Relations matters, including but not limited to performance management, leave policies, grievance resolution, disciplinary actions, terminations, and fostering a positive work environment
o Resolve and provide counseling to employee concerns and complaints regarding work-related issues
o Develop and maintain tools to help standardize processes and scale the employee relations function
o Coordinating key Employee Relations functions with other areas of HR
o Provide support to employees by answering inquiries and clarifying information related to benefit options and enrollment procedures
o Assist in organizing and conducting informational sessions or workshops to educate employees about available benefits and changes to the benefits program.
o Support the facilitation of goal-setting and year-end evaluation procedures.
o Provide guidance and training sessions to leadership and management on the evaluation and goal setting process
o Maintain, collect, and store evaluations and performance goals
o Assist Learning Manager with determining training priorities, assessing needs and making recommendations
• Supporting other projects and initiatives as necessary
