Pure Barre, one of the largest, most established boutique barre fitness franchises in the nation. Pure Barre is the fastest, most effective way to transform your body. This intense, non-impact workout utilizes small isometric movements done at the ballet barre to lift your seat, tone your body, and burn fat. We are hiring instructors at our 4 locations - Pure Barre Newton, Wellesley, Dedham, and Hingham.

Qualifications:

• Enthusiastic, confident and outgoing personality

• Passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others

• Ability and desire to build client relationships through outstanding customer service

• Dependable with a strong work ethic - natural willingness to go above and beyond

• Musicality - able to keep rhythm and count to beat of music

• Background in dance, fitness, cheerleading or barre concept (ideal but not required)

• Goal oriented and business minded - able to help with marketing and events

Responsibilities:

• Available to teach a minimum of 4-5 classes per week.

• Available to teach at least one 6am class per week

• Available to teach at least one evening shift (430p/530p/7p or 530p/7p)

• Available to teach at least 2 weekends per month

• Available to teach across multiple locations

• Capable of lifting hand weights, demonstrating full body pushups, and maintaining

high-energy for a 55-minute class

• Adept at planning and preparation, including diligent study of choreography and class

planning prior to each class, as well as learning full choreography changes on a

regular basis

Completion of a 4-day Pure Barre teacher training at one of our corporate training centers is

required, as well as significant 'at home' study and preparation for certification before being

eligible to teach classes. Minimum 12 month commitment required to attend training.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week
