Alabama Autism Center is Hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Near Decatur, AL
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments of individuals with developmental disabilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA)
- Provide behavioral therapy and interventions to individuals with behavioral health needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and treatment for patients
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
Requirements
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, preferably children
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health
- Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in using behavioral health software systems - Central Reach and Data Finch for patient care documentation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
