Responsibilities: - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care - Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities - Prepare and serve meals and snacks - Assist with personal hygiene tasks, such as diaper changing and potty training - Maintain a clean and organized childcare space - Communicate with parents/guardians regarding their child's daily activities and progress - Follow all safety protocols and guidelines Skills: - Experience in babysitting, caregiving, or working in a childcare setting - Knowledge of toddler care, infant care, preschool, or special education - Ability to educate and engage children through age-appropriate activities - Patience, compassion, and the ability to handle challenging behaviors - Basic first aid knowledge and the ability to respond to emergencies Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position. Duties and responsibilities may vary depending on the specific needs of the childcare facility.
