Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to lead our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand visibility and market share.
- Oversee the creation of marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, and social media.

- Utilize Marketing Automation Platform to build and distribute marketing campaigns across multiple tactics and locations.

- Utilize co-op and marketing funds with key vendors to maximize marketing investment and return on ad spend.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring ROI on all marketing activities.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Utilize analytics tools to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop integrated marketing and advertising sales strategies.
- Drive content marketing initiatives to engage target audiences and enhance brand positioning.
- Implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in performance marketing, budgeting, content marketing, advertising sales, and market analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for design projects.
- Experience with print advertising campaigns and digital advertising platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.

Preferred:

-2-5 years experience in the Wholesale or Distribution Industry, specifically within HVAC, Plumbing and or Electrical Distribution.

Pay: $111,000.00 - $167,000.00 per year
