```Job Summary``` We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for overseeing the nightly operations of our hotel and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. ```Duties``` - Perform front desk duties, including check-in and check-out procedures - Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints - Process financial transactions accurately, including posting charges to guest accounts and balancing cash drawers - Verify the accuracy of guest accounts by reconciling daily transactions - Prepare and distribute daily reports to management - Assist with night security procedures, ensuring the safety and security of guests and hotel property - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area ```Experience``` - Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred - Familiarity with hotel management systems and phone systems is a plus - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions - Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus If you are looking for an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team in the hospitality industry, we encourage you to apply for the Night Auditor position.
