Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced House Supervisor to join our team. The House Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential facility, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and comfort for our residents.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and tidiness throughout the facility.

- Conduct regular inspections of resident rooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces to ensure they meet cleanliness and safety standards.

- Manage inventory and ordering of housekeeping supplies and equipment.

- Train and mentor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques and procedures.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of services and activities.

- Respond promptly and effectively to resident and family concerns regarding housekeeping issues.

- Implement and enforce infection control protocols to prevent the spread of illness and maintain a healthy environment.

- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to housekeeping activities and resident concerns.

- Assist with other duties and projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in housekeeping or environmental services, preferably in a healthcare or residential setting.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach to resident care.

- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

- Knowledge of infection control protocols and procedures.

- Ability to work collaboratively with staff at all levels and across departments.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
