With locations in Mullica Hill, NJ; North Wilmington, DE; and Newark, DE, we are a unique culinary destination offering a blend of a donut shop, butcher shop, BBQ, and bar. Our restaurants are led by the acclaimed chef entrepreneur David Wiederholt, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant or bar locations.
• Lead and mentor staff to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Work with the management team on menu development, marketing strategies, and customer service enhancements.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and tact.
• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Oversee inventory management, supply ordering, and budgeting processes.
• Promote a positive, collaborative work environment.
• (Bar Manager) Develop and implement creative cocktail menus.
• (Bar Manager) Train and mentor bar staff to ensure high levels of service and expertise.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: Extensive experience in restaurant or bar management.
• Transportation: Reliable transportation for travel between locations.
• Availability: Open availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Skills: Exceptional leadership, multitasking, and customer service skills.
• Communication: Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
• (Bar Manager) Creativity: Strong leadership, creativity, and customer service skills.
