Responsibilities
- Handle full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, and analysis for multiple entities
- Analyze expenses, cash flow, and variances
- Assist with external audit info and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 1-3 years of real estate accounting
- Prior use of Yardi and Entrata
The position will pay $65k-$72k plus a 10% bonus for the right candidate.
