Key Competencies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in analyzing Explanation of Benefit reports.
- Working knowledge of DOFRs
- Strong ability to compose collection and appeal letters.
- Must be able to collaborate, set priorities, and organize work to meet deadlines, ensuring compliance with established processes, policies, and regulations.
- Strong computer skills
- Minimum 3-5 years of Medical Billing/Collection experience.
- Experience in Medical billing in various settings such as hospitals, multispecialty clinics, pharmaceuticals, and ancillary providers.
- Familiarity with ICD-10 and HCPCS coding.
- Strong Math Skills.
- Experience in collection from both PPO and HMO insurance systems.
- Home Infusion Pharmacy billing/collections experience is preferable.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25lbs.
- Prolonged sitting
- Full-Time
- Monday - Friday, 8 hours per day/40 hours per week.
