Pay Range USD $14.42 - USD $16.00 / Hr.Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant with a genuine smile and positive attitude Engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and respond promptly to any inquiries or concerns Maintain knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and restaurant promotions to provide accurate information to guests Handle guest complaints or issues professionally or bring them to the manager when necessary Assist with running food, delivering and / or refilling guests’ drinks Guide guests to their tables and present them with menus Take to-go orders over the phone and in person Engage with guests to ensure they're happy with food and service Refill drinks and clear plates as needed during guest’s dining experience.
