We’re looking for an intelligent, motivated, friendly, detail-oriented individual to work under our office manager providing assistance with billing and other office tasks.

Key roles for this job include:

• Checking health insurance benefits for new patients
• Entering information into EHR
• Calling patients and insurance companies to collect payments
• Entering payments and mailing patient billing statements

Qualifications:

• Great interpersonal skills and comfort in talking with new people
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Confidence to work independently coupled with an openness to constructive feedback
• The ability to think on your feet and problem-solve without explicit guidance
• “Tech-savvy” with google workspace, and able to learn how to use new programs quickly
• Motivation to work hard all day with no down time except for scheduled breaks

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
