Hey there, future Project Manager! We're on the lookout for someone exceptional to join our PMO and support our Platform Engineering teams. If you're a pro at managing work across technical teams, well-versed in Agile methodologies, release management, then you're who we're searching for. Attention to detail and follow-through is key. And let's not forget your adaptability to the ever-evolving needs of our mission-critical Product and Engineering organization. As part of our team, you'll work closely with technical product managers and engineers, overseeing Agile rituals, managing technical projects, and driving some serious process improvements.

Now, let's dive into the role you'll have:

  • You'll be in the center of scheduling and facilitating Scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes.
  • Planning meetings: You'll create project plans for our most critical projects.
  • Tracking project dependencies.
  • Demos and product/system testing? You'll plan and organize them like a pro.
  • Obstacles? Not on your watch! You'll remove those pesky impediments to ensure our team operates at maximum efficiency.
  • Data lovers, rejoice! You'll create eye-catching dashboards for our teams, packed with key metrics and trends. We're talking information overload in the best way possible.
  • During critical incidents, you'll be there, facilitating production incident response like a hero in a crisis.
  • Team communication, documentation, and JIRA issue tracking: You'll take ownership of improving them all, turning our team into a well-oiled collaboration machine.
  • Collaboration with Engineering and QE? Absolutely! You'll team up with them to enhance release and quality management processes. Together, we'll reach new heights!
  • Communication improvements and project status reporting: You'll be the maestro, ensuring our updates are clear, concise, and captivating.
  • Retrospectives and continuous improvement efforts? You'll be leading the way, guiding our team towards even greater achievements.

This is what you'll bring to the table:

  • You've got a minimum of 2 years of Project or Program Management experience in the software development world.
  • You're no stranger to the software development lifecycle, release management, and quality management.
  • Leading cross-functional matrixed teams is your specialty. Your influencing skills are off the charts.
  • Organizing work creatively: You'll find the best ways to keep things running smoothly and efficiently.
  • You've taken on increasingly challenging roles and delivered amazing projects like a true legend.
  • Analytical thinking, exceptional written and verbal skills, and leadership prowess-
  • Proven track record of finding ways to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Managing multiple projects, teams, and priorities is no sweat for you. You thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Certified Scrum Master and PMP would be awesome additions to your repertoire.
  • AdTech/MarTech/Search experience? While not required, it's definitely a big plus!
