Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. This position is located in Cottonwood, Arizona.

Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement
- Provide support for customers experiencing issues or difficulties
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers and provide additional assistance
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records through data entry
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns

Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Previous experience in outbound calling or sales is preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
