We are looking for Customer Service Representatives for a global fitness equipment manufacturer headquartered just outside of Madison, WI.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a part of a friendly, supportive, team that shows their appreciation through various employee perks!
Highlights :
- Temporary with the opportunity for permanent hire

Responsibilities :
- Achieve and maintain department standards
- Troubleshoot problems with customers via phone and resolve efficiently using diagnostic procedures within department work practices
- Ensure accurate documentation of all call data in the CRM system
- Promote a positive team atmosphere
- Special projects as assigned
Qualifications :
- A high school diploma or equivalent degree required
- Call center / customer service experience required, fitness industry experience preferred
- Microsoft Office suite proficiency
- Ability to type 30 wpm
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve
