Join our dynamic team and become a vital part of our shipping operations! We're seeking a Shipping Specialist responsible for accurate packaging and shipping of orders, as well as efficient management of inbound shipments.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand part numbers and locations in Oracle ERP.
- Process paperwork promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with Shipping Supervisor and Management on assigned tasks.
- Ensure accuracy in moving products within Oracle ERP.
- Generate packaging slips and BOL's
- HS Diploma or GED equivalency.
- Valid Driver's license with no more than 2 points and no DUI's in 7 years.
- Forklift operation experience required.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Oracle.
- Familiarity with multiple parcel shipping software.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Professional demeanor and good judgment for routine business decisions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of inventory management software.
- On-site position involving office and warehouse settings.
- Ability to occasionally lift 75 lbs. and repetitively lift 1 to 25 lbs.
- Self-motivated to organize and strategize inventory processes.
- Capacity to handle physical demands and mental focus in a dynamic work environment.
