RH is seeking a People Team Coordinator to support multiple aspects of our candidate and employee engagement initiatives.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our day-to-day HR operations, prioritizing the delivery of first-class service to candidates, hiring leaders, and internal partners.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Demonstrate exceptional and engaging communication skills that will foster connections with internal and external partners
• Provide overall administrative support, including hiring transactions, process documentation, and maintaining education and resources
• Support the Onboarding Experience for new Team Members, including preparing new hire paperwork and processes within the HRIS system, facilitating orientation sessions, and assisting with employee training initiatives
• Assist in recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate communications
• Maintain applicant tracking system and ensure data accuracy throughout the recruitment process
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and escalate issues to the appropriate People Team partner when necessary

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• years of experience in Human Resources, Customer Experience, or a related field is preferred
• Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively articulate ideas and information in both one-on-one and group settings
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in training education is preferred
• Familiarity with Oracle HCM, HRIS, and ATS software is preferred
