Job Summary:

We are seeking a Wholesale Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
• Book trucks for wholesale shipments.
• Check availability for inventory.
• Provide information about products and services
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
• Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
• Analyze customer needs and recommend the best solutions
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer concerns
• Communicate effectively with customers in a professional and friendly manner

Requirements:

• Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to analyze information and solve problems efficiently
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
