**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager/Recruiter for a therapy company that will provide therapists (PT, OT, and ST) to home health agencies in the Inland Empire. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, managing office activities, ensuring organizational effectiveness, and improving processes.
**Duties:**
- Handle human resources tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
- Manage front desk activities including greeting visitors and answering phones with professionalism
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record-keeping and reporting
- Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
- Coordinate office events and meetings, including scheduling and logistics
**Experience:**
The successful candidate should possess:
- Proven experience in recruiting, onboarding and human resources
- Proficiency in front desk operations and phone etiquette
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels
- Prior experience in office management.
