• Management of HR department

Take the lead in the structuring processes of the HR Department, including preparation of formal documents and HR Processes.

• Recruitment

Manage the Employee Recruiting Process and candidate life cycle, ID, sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer sending, new hire background check, exit interview and procedures, etc.

• Employee Data

Manage the information held in the HR database and personnel files to ensure it is current and updated in a timely and accurate manner and complies with all Federal and State policies.

• Training Management

Evaluate employee performance with manager of each department and create new hiring and advance training programs to address skill gaps in employees, prepare learning materials and training resources for training programs.

• Performance Management

Contribute to the evaluation and development of the current Performance Development and Review (PDR) process and make recommendations for improvement to management team.

• Employee Engagement

Support the management teams with specific employee engagement activities.

• Employee Relations

Work closely with managers, providing them with expert guidance, coaching and support on individual employee relations cases, ensuring that these are well managed and meet the requirements of the company's policies, best practice and employment legislation.

Staff Handbook

Develop, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure effective, fair, safe and consistent management of staff throughout the company. Develop and maintain an Employee Handbook.

HR Policies

Develop and implement policies on Company Policies.

• Benefit Plans

Oversee the Benefits Plan for the Company.

Manage any other duties assigned by the Executive Team,
