Take the lead in the structuring processes of the HR Department, including preparation of formal documents and HR Processes.
Manage the Employee Recruiting Process and candidate life cycle, ID, sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer sending, new hire background check, exit interview and procedures, etc.
Manage the information held in the HR database and personnel files to ensure it is current and updated in a timely and accurate manner and complies with all Federal and State policies.
Evaluate employee performance with manager of each department and create new hiring and advance training programs to address skill gaps in employees, prepare learning materials and training resources for training programs.
Contribute to the evaluation and development of the current Performance Development and Review (PDR) process and make recommendations for improvement to management team.
Support the management teams with specific employee engagement activities.
Work closely with managers, providing them with expert guidance, coaching and support on individual employee relations cases, ensuring that these are well managed and meet the requirements of the company's policies, best practice and employment legislation.
