Responsibilities of Receptionist are:
1. Answer Phone Calls – and transferring calls to others in the company
2. Replying to orders by email and answering questions by email
3. Interacting with people that walk-in at front desk
4. Postage (USPS) & working with Linda (HR) when people arrive for interviews
5. Entering Orders
6. Checking Orders
7. Must be Computer Savvy and fast on a keyboard
8. Extremely team oriented and gets along great with everyone
9. Looking for someone long term
10. Familiarity with SAGE/MAS software and SPS Commerce is a plus
11. Billing
