Responsibilities:
Manage/Assist restoration projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Conduct thorough inspections and assessments of damaged properties to prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate software.
Collaborate with clients, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and internal teams to coordinate project schedules and resources effectively.
Procure necessary materials, equipment, and permits for restoration projects, negotiating favorable terms with suppliers and vendors.
Provide clear and concise communication to Office staff regarding project progress, challenges, and resolutions.
Monitor and enforce safety protocols on job sites to maintain a secure working environment for all personnel.
Document project activities, expenses, and any changes to scope, ensuring accurate records for billing and reporting purposes.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in project management and estimation within the restoration or construction industry.
Proficiency in Xactimate software for creating detailed estimates is essential.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, team members, and vendors.
Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry best practices related to restoration projects highly recommended
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
