Must Have

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 4 years of related experience
• This is a Hybrid workplace position, where colleague will need to work at the assigned work location a minimum 3 days per week
• ServiceNow platform knowledge and experience
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools
• Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Experience in a Business Analyst role performing the listed responsibilities, including experience with the following artifacts: assisting in creation of scope documents, eliciting and documenting functional/non-functional requirements and use cases, and producing process flows using Visio or equivalent tool
• Experience facilitating groups sessions to gather requirements with ability to ask relevant questions to drill into the details
• Experience tracking and driving deliverables to completion
• Problem-solver mindset; ability to work through grey areas independently with minimal supervision Proficiency with Microsoft (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Demonstrate technical skills and the ability to learn technology

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
