\nWhat You Will Do
- Regularly ship high-quality features.
- Engage in our agile process, contributing feedback for continual refinement.
- Work closely with Product and Design to fully own your projects.
- Improve quality by leaving areas of the code better than you found them.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback.
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Experience building web applications with Ruby on Rails.
- Experience with React, React Testing Library, NextJS, and Typescript.
- Experience with Tailwind or other modern CSS frameworks.
- Write clean, maintainable code that prioritizes User Experience.
- Working knowledge of source control (Git).
- Relational DB or Elastic search familiarity.
