We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer with experience in developing scalable, reusable GenAI services and solid coding skills. Position Overview:

As a Lead Software Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the development of GenAI (GenAI) services. Your responsibilities will include building AI capabilities that are both scalable and reusable, supporting a range of applications. We value your analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, and we encourage you to apply your coding expertise to advance our engineering processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive the development of GenAI services that support multiple product lines and use cases.

Apply best practices in coding to ensure modularity, reusability, and maintenance of our AI services, keeping them adaptable for future needs.

Work in tandem with various teams to seamlessly integrate AI services into our larger product environment, focusing on developer experience and usability.

Regularly review and enhance existing AI services to boost performance and maintain alignment with industry standards.

Offer guidance to fellow engineers, fostering a culture of technical proficiency and collective responsibility for code quality.

Keep up to date with emerging AI technologies and programming methodologies, assessing their potential integration into our services.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

At least 8 years of software development experience, with a portion of that time spent on AI or machine learning projects.

Proficiency in various programming languages and frameworks used in AI development (e.g., Python).

Experience in crafting scalable, reusable software components and services.

Solid understanding of software engineering principles and architectural best practices.

Experience managing software projects with positive outcomes.

Preferred Skills:

Understanding of GenAI technologies and their practical application.

Experience with cloud development and knowledge of cloud services related to AI (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) for AI service deployment.

Effective communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

Engagement with the AI and open-source communities is a plus.

A commitment to ongoing learning and development in AI technology.
