- Should have Experience in troubleshooting issues in PROD
- Should be aware of Support processes
- Should have experience in managing and leading Production troubleshooting meetings
Leadership Skills (Must have) (Minimum- 2 yrs)
- Experience is leading a support team (Onshore- offshore model)
- Should have experience / knowledge in streamlining support processes
- Innovative thinking in improving the team's performance.
